(The project)
AR Rahman School @ Kumbakonam.
Three storeys run in a long block, the windows set in banded surrounds along the frontage. A wing clad in dark textured panels turns the corner at the entrance. The porch is deep enough to take cars beneath it, with lettering across its fascia. Planting and a paved drop-off fill the forecourt in front.
