Architecture, structure, services, costing and visualisation are all carried in one practice, so a project is drawn, engineered, costed and shown without leaving it.

Studios
The practice is organised into specialist studios, one for each building type: schools, offices, hotels, houses, malls and factories. Teams within the practice cover structural design, MEPF, quantity surveying and visualisation, so most of a project is drawn and coordinated in the head office, Chennai.
Integrated Practice
Structural design, MEPF, quantity surveying and 3D visualisation sit inside the practice rather than with outside consultants.
Landscapes
The practice designs landscape alongside its architecture: public parks, a beachfront at Cuddalore, an industrial park, mosque grounds, villa gardens and rooftop terraces. Where a site needs it, Ecobloc stormwater tanks and bioswales sit beneath the planting.
