Bharath Towers @ Chennai.
A run of shopfronts with awnings occupies the ground floor along the ECR frontage. Above it, punched windows repeat in a light rendered wall, broken at the corner by a glazed bay carried the full height. Planting runs along the parapet and spills over the edge. The block is lit from the shopfront line upward after dark.
