Villa @ Chennai · Royapuram.
Arched openings repeat up the front of this 50,894 square foot building at Royapuram, each one set back behind a balustraded balcony. A perforated screen fills the tallest arch above the entrance bay. Moulded bands mark every floor line and carry round the corner into the longer side wing. Concealed lighting traces the arch heads after dark.
