Apartment @ Bangalore.

Four floors of flats stack over a ground-level entrance and parking deck. Each floor pushes out a full-width balcony, its slab edge finished in a dark timber tone above a glass balustrade. The flank wall carries a lattice screen from ground to parapet, the one elevation without balconies. Trees hold both edges of the site, and a low compound wall runs along the road.
