Apartment @ Chennai.

Vertical bays of timber-toned cladding alternate with white rendered panels across the four storeys. Balconies sit recessed within the white bays behind glass rails, and the clad bays run unbroken from plinth to parapet. The corner takes a single grey panel that runs the full height. A low compound wall with planting holds the street edge; at dusk uplighters wash the clad bays from the ground.
