CIT Colony @ Chennai

(The project)

CIT Colony @ Chennai.

Brick-toned upper floors sit over a rendered base on this corner site at Alwarpet. Windows are set deep in the wall on a tight grid, and one bay is recessed the full height of the building to form stacked balconies. A planted strip and a low wall separate the entrance from the road. Warm light from the reveals marks each floor after dark.
