Villa @ Chennai · Selaiyur.

Stone-clad panels wrap three storeys in Selaiyur, with the top floor cantilevered forward over a planted terrace. Cove lighting runs along the underside of that overhang and along the balcony edges below. Timber-slatted gates close the car porch off from the street. Inside, 7,500 square feet holds a living room, a dining room, an L-shaped kitchen and bedrooms, with a lift set beside the main stair.
