Demerger.

Retail occupies the ground under an elevated rail viaduct, between columns that flare out into mushroom heads at the deck. The units run in a single line the length of the span, set back far enough to leave a covered walkway in front. Awnings, seating and planting fill that walkway, and string lights are hung between the columns. Column heads are finished in a ribbed vertical pattern that catches the uplighting after dark.
