Erode Bus Stand
(The project)
Erode Bus Stand.
Buses dock around the outer edge of a ring-shaped block wrapped around a planted central court. Rows of solar panels and barrel rooflights cover the roof between the two. The concourse below is a single tall volume, with shopfronts on one side and clerestory light above. A tensile canopy shelters the bus parking on the far side of the approach road.
