Villa @ Kumbakonam

Villa @ Kumbakonam.

Flat slabs with deep overhangs stack over two storeys across 19,219 sq ft at Kumbakonam. Slender columns carry the entrance canopy, stone-clad walls run between the glazing, and palms line the driveway. A double-height foyer opens onto a planted court with water at its base, and a wide stair rises between panelled walls. At the side, a lap pool sits beneath a slatted roof.
